What You Will Do:

Do you want to help small business owners realize their dreams of looking and feeling professional? Would you like to partner with leaders in the custom print and business materials industry? Are you interested in driving inspiration for customers through offering world class design offerings for a wide assortment of Stationery materials including Letterhead, Checks, Stamps, Post-it Notes®, Notebooks and more? If so, be a part of a dynamic team that combines manufacturing and ecommerce in a way that very few are doing as well as Vistaprint!

We are looking for a passionate person to help support the Stationery product line and use cases for the North American market.

  • Strategy- contribute to the strategy by making recommendations informed by consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics to drive marketing, assortment, and experience improvements.
  • Product and Project Management- support and, in some cases, lead new product introductions, working with both internal and external manufacturers. Assist Product Managers with projects spanning site merchandising, pricing, marketing, and customer research.
  • Operational Support- manage day-to-day site and product setup issues, helping to ensure customers have a seamless experience when working with Vistaprint.
  • Reporting- create reports and pull data across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for the measurement of business-critical metrics, monitoring and developing your own insights and recommendations for the product manager.
  • Understand the Customer- continuously testing, enhancing, and personalizing the customer experience. You are customer obsessed and want to meet all their use case needs
  • Interpersonal Skills- demonstrates ability to engage with key stakeholders, exchange information and ask clarifying questions

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant field
  • 0-2 years of product marketing, marketing strategy, e-commerce buying and/or site experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated examples of using data to solve a problem and influence future investments
  • Experience in learning and implementing standards and processes with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with a site analytics platform such as Adobe or Google Analytics
  • Familiar with project management tools such as AirTable, Confluence, Box folder sharing
