Global Customer Value (CARE):

Our global CARE team is responsible for delivering personalized expertise with our marketing, design, and digital services. We’re obsessed with enabling small and medium businesses to create extraordinary experiences while maximizing the potential of their brand. We are there for our customers throughout their business journey. CARE Product and Design will deliver a seamless omni channel experience, where customers can engage across the platform of their choice (phone, chat, design live, social media, etc.) while being presented with the right tools to make informed design decisions. We are seeking a high energy, passionate, and strategic Director of Design Services for our Global CARE organization to accelerate our design and digital offerings for our customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and lead the new design direction and product brand systems across the CARE experience
  • Design high-quality, user-centric, proactive help experiences that will affect millions of customers globally
  • Partner with talented leaders, product, operators, and engineers and have a direct impact on the future look and feel of Vistaprint CARE
  • Manage the design and delivery of new products and capabilities that can be leveraged across one or multiple lines of business
  • Develop world-class customer experiences by focusing on making it easier for employees and customers through user-friendly design


  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent Experience
  • 12+ years working within a digital, design environment (agency and/or in-house) for a tech/retail/consumer brand
  • 10+ years in leading and growing a high-performing product design team
  • Ability to guide the design direction with internal design teams and agencies while adhering to customer experience objectives and product best practices
  • Background in producing data-informed, measurable effective UX by leveraging customer insights, A/B testing, and personalization
  • Proven ability in developing large-scale, high-quality, digital services
  • Expert in all aspects of design of digital, consumer facing tools
  • Able to balance quality standards with MVP testing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences and senior executives
