Business Development Director - Apps & Digital Services - US Remote

Who We Are:

Vistaprint Digital Services is looking for a world class partner and leader to manage the Apps & Services Integration vertical. Vistaprint is undertaking a major project to redefine their global Digital Services Line of Business (LOB) and products. You will develop and grow relationships with internal teams, external partners, brands and their developer teams, and work to understand their products, business model, technical capabilities and the possible adoption and engagement by our users.

 

The Apps & Services Integration Director reports directly to the GM/VP of Digital. As an early entrant into the Vistaprint Digital team you will be driving the recruitment of your direct team and aid recruitment for other related teams. As a senior member of the team, you will be helping to define the Digital Services LOB vision, business strategy, strategic and tactical approaches, products portfolio, user journeys, research and evaluating potential business partnerships!

 

The ideal candidate has deep experience of subscription-based marketplaces, managing strategic partnerships, brand relationships, and a keen sense for a great customer experience and how to measure improvements against it. They have the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, can separate the signal from the noise, recommend alternative approaches to come up with creative and efficient solutions for third-party product providers and for Vistaprint.

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate the customer and business value of the existing product offering and determine continued investment.
  • Identify and drive the development of internal products and the integration of external products/services that adhered to our customer need and business vison
  • Evaluate potential product and service partners for the inclusion into the Vistaprint SMB marketplace & APIs
  • Aid in definition of the Vistaprint Digital marketplace business model including partner revenue splits, service agreements, contracts, product submission and subscription models
  • Work closely with our internal Engineering and Product team to ensure that our platform fulfills the needs of our partners.
  • Assemble the Voice of Customer and quantify impact of feature requests to feed into product roadmap and influence prioritization of product development
  • Work in partnership with peers and the GM to build the vision and strategy of Vistaprint Digital Services
  • Lead all aspects of third-party relationships both internally and externally. This is inclusive of full P&L responsibility, ongoing marketing & product updates

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience and success leading impactful, cross-functional projects
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital products
  • 5+ years of Strategic Partnership Management experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions
  • Strong business acumen

 

Nice to Have:

  • MBA
  • Relevant product management/relationship management work experience in a fast-paced online advertising or retail industry
  • Experience in ad serving, search engines, SEO/SEM, eCommerce
  • Experience with CPC advertising and paid search marketing
