As a member of Client Technology Services Team, you will be responsible for providing a Tier 2 Support by performing an IT technical role ensuring Cimpress IT best practices, global consistency, and robust support processes are followed.  You will also participate and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for Internal Business Systems application support. 


  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for Internal Business Systems application support
  • Solution deployment, installation, migration, configuration and disaster recovery
  • PC & MAC Images and software packages creation / deployment
  • Mobile devises configuration and support (iOS, Android)
  • Assist project teams with technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and solve common IT issues (CISCO VoiP, Video conferencing, computer hardware failures, software installs, access requests, etc...)
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Adhere to change management and compliance processes
  • Support/administer Active Directory, virus/spam detection
  • Follow and implement security policies while carrying out desktop support
  • Display Domain Expertise – Technology, People and Process



  • Documentation as needed
  • Work on projects as needed
  • Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Workload and work direction will be driven by a Service Desk\Ticketing program- Infra





  • Associates degree in Information Technology, B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • Microsoft Environment deep knowledge/certifications
  • MAC OS environment  -  deployment & Administration
  • Microsoft SCCM administration and configuration
  • Microsoft Azure Server
  • Web filtering knowledge
  • TMS or Equivalent Video Conference Servers Management (CISCO)
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Peripheral deployment and diagnostics
  • Active Directory 2008/2012
  • Office 365
  • Anti-Virus technologies (CrowdStrike)
  • Disk encryption (BitLocker)
  • Spyware removal and prevention
  • Warranty repair and RMA coordination
  • Prior experience with Help Desk, Network Operations, Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, or Systems Analysis a plus, but not required.
  • 3 or 4 years of system administration
  • High English level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valuable Team Spirit

  • Strong understanding of Server and Desktop operating systems (PC & MAC)
  • Able to follow verbal and documented instructions
  • Ability to document procedures
  • The ability to prioritize work, work well independently and work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to react quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
  • Lifting is a consistent requirement of this job
  • Must be able to work nights / weekends for maintenance and on-call
