Sr. Product Analyst (Maternity Leave Cover)

Vistaprint is seeking a highly motivated analytical self-starter to join a fast-paced Product and Pricing team for the ANZ region. This role is a full time, fixed-term position (maternity leave cover).

Your role will involve

  • Day to day product and P&L management
  • Build the connection between CARE, manufacturing, go to market, channels and site merchandising to provide inputs related to product and ensure end-to-end alignment with the product strategy.
  • Responsible for the weekly performance reporting, and for surfacing insights through data.
  • Model break-even analyses to assess the potential impact of business decisions and optimization ideas.
  • Leverage SQL, Excel and Tableau skills to operationalize pricing and S&OP processes through data automation and tooling.
  • End-to-end responsibility over the offer catalog; including break-even analyses, product mix definition, merchandising guidelines, and pre-post impact assessments.
  • Own the pricing optimization roadmap, including the pricing strategy definition for each product line, impact modelling, price upload process and pre-post monitoring.
  • Own the volume forecast for each product line and collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to improve the S&OP and procurement planning.


In return you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategy consultancy, or as a business/product analyst
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with advanced knowledge of Tableau
  • Data-oriented mindset and ability to turn business ideas into mathematical equations to model break-even scenarios
  • Ability to convert data & insights into actionable business-building plans
  • Customer Orientation with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (across operating functions and geographic locations)
  • Ability to influence, consensus building and conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Some travel might be required, less than 5%
