Vistaprint is looking to recruit a Facilities Manager whose primary responsibility is to ensure effective facilities and building maintenance and vendor management in our Montego Bay site. We seek to hire a highly motivated and independent individual willing to work in a fast-paced, energetic and inspiring environment. The Facilities Manager will report to the Director of Global Operations Support.



  • Ensuring that the Montego Bay Facilities is aligned with the company’s growth and requirements globally.
  • Supervising facilities staff that conducts services such as administration, security, and maintenance.
  • Motivating, coaching, and developing direct reports to reach their full potential through effective monitoring, assessing and providing feedback to achieve and maintain high standards of performance and employee engagement
  • Ensuring that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Overseeing safety and security of company’s assets and employees.
  • Developing and managing site policies and procedures related to security, safety, building use and other areas if necessary
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure the facility meets compliance standards and government regulations
  • Managing the planning, scoping, and execution processes for any facilities-related projects from start to finish, according to schedule, specifications, scope and budget.
  • Researching, recommending and implementing strategies for energy efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Planning and managing best allocation, use of space and resources for new buildings, and re-organize current premises with the focus on developing world-class facilities to support our employee engagement policies.
  • Developing and leading the preventative maintenance program through efficient scheduled maintenance of all buildings and equipment.
  • Maintaining the physical condition of facilities, applying available resources and personnel to achieve a safe, clean and functional environment.
  • Managing Emergency Response, Evacuation and Business Continuation Plans.
  • Overseeing contract negotiation for services necessary to ensure safe and effective facilities and building maintenance



  • The ability to build effective collaborative relationships with a customer focus mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field and 5 years of experience in the area of facilities/construction management is preferred
  • 3-5 years of people management with proven development skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA, MOH and other safety and environmental regulations
  • Construction management background as either client or general contractor or both
  • Solid track record in planning, cost controlling and delivering large facilities and real estate
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas from facilities design and execution:
    • building architecture
    • master planning
    • electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
  • Strong computer-aided design skills would be a plus.
  • Experience in “green” activities for office spaces, such as electricity saving and recycling.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced, highly international environments, while autonomously managing projects
  • Natural ability to work collaboratively with others and a communication style that is open and transparent.
  • Autonomy and strong decision-making ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communications
