We are seeking an energetic self-starter and team player to join our Supply Chain team to take Responsibility for the daily operation of the Vistaprint Deer Park warehouse, its organisation and workflow. You will have proven warehouse team leader experience with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.

Your role will involve:
•    Supervising and leading the warehouse team to ensure a safe, friendly and inclusive working environment
•    Supervising and leading the warehouse team in all areas of daily warehouse tasks in support of the production teams and the wider Supply Chain team
•    Working closely with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure smooth running of Supply Chain
•    Ensuring all warehouse team members are correctly trained and authorised to perform their duties in a safe manner
•    Ensuring sufficient warehouse team members are available on all shifts
•    Ensuring the continued accuracy and high standards of receiving and issuing of all raw materials into the SAP warehouse system
•    Organising and managing regular daily cycle counts and quarterly full warehouse stock takes and ad hoc as required to ensure consistent material accuracy
•    Managing daily and weekly 3rd parties to ensure waste pickups, recycling and chemical disposal tasks are undertaken
•    Building good working relationships with all 3rd parties who interact with the warehouse team
•    Performing a range of administrative duties including reporting, shipping manifesting and training
•    Supervising and leading the creation and maintenance of all warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
•    Facilitating and assisting to unload containers
•    Maintaining order, cleanliness and OH&S procedures in the warehouse, loading dock and outside yard
•    Ensuring all warehouse related physical assets including racking and mobile plant are maintained and in safe working order
•    Build relationships with our global Vistaprint teams to assist in the development and testing of programming support for warehouse systems
•    Improve processes to optimise costs and improve service levels
•    Work with management to assess future warehouse requirements
•    Working to standard operating procedures, in-house systems and capable of delivering training.
•    Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
•    Ensuring all warehouse materials are safe and accurately accounted for

 
 You will have:
 
•    Proven Warehouse Team Leader experience 
•    Forklift license with high reach experience is essential
•    SAP knowledge relevant for the warehouse environment
•    Cert IV or greater in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing
•    Cert IV in Management an advantage
•    Experience working in a fast paced and constantly evolving manufacturing environment 
•    Proven ability to work at a high standard with tight deadlines
•    Formal qualifications in warehouse management or equivalent experience
•    Experience in maintaining high OH&S standards
•    Flexibility with job tasks when required
•    Good computer skills 
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Experience in receiving and dispatch
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high-level attention to detail 
•    Good negotiation & influencing skills
•    Excellent organisational and problem – solving ability
•    High level of time management
•    High level customer focus
•    Ability to build strong relationships
