We’re looking for a self-starter and team player to join our Supply Chain team to take ownership and responsibility to ensure harmonious and productive relationships with our freight & logistics partners and suppliers, servicing our business and customers across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore (ANZSG).

What you’ll do all day:
•    Take ownership of all freight and logistics operations for the Vistaprint ANZSG business and third-party fulfillers
•    Work closely with the Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure Supply Chain success
•    Work closely with raw material suppliers to ensure the best incoterms for all our in-bound shipping
•    All freight & logistics invoice reconciliation & processing
•    Ensure all financial parameters are tightly controlled and within budget for all freight and logistics shipping costs
•    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our in-house shipping system and ensuring all data changes are performed in a timely manner
•    All freight & logistics contract management
•    Support freight & logistics supplier negotiations 
•    Develop good relationships with carrier vendors to ensure that they meet Vistaprint expectations regarding on-time to customer (OTC), delivery complaint rates (DCR) and pricing
•    Monitor freight & logistics market trends to find the most appropriate for the Vistaprint business in ANZSG
•    Build relationships with our global Vistaprint teams to direct the development of programming support for internal logistics and carrier networks impacting our ANZSG region
•    Improve processes to optimise costs and improve service levels
•    Prepare, monitor and reforecast annual carrier budgets
•    Work with management to assess future carrier requirements
•    Work closely with the analytics team to provide weekly and monthly logistics reports
•    Meet monthly with freight and logistics providers to review KPI’s and develop short- and long-term action plans where required


•    Previous experience working with freight forwarding companies with a high level of understanding of sea and air freight operations
•    MS Excel at Intermediate level – ability to confidently use pivot tables and VLOOKUP
•    Previous experience in invoice reconciliation
•    Proven ability to work at a high standard in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
•    Formal qualifications in Logistic, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
•    Demonstrated experience doing a similar role
•    Experience in maintaining high OH&S standards
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Good negotiation & influencing skills
•    Strong organisational and problem–solving ability
