Vistaprint Digital Services is looking for a world class partner and leader to drive, develop, and lead the Growth team. Vistaprint is undertaking a major project to redefine our Global Digital Services Line of Business (LOB) and products. You will focus entirely on the growth of Digital subscribers to include traditional growth tactics such as SEO, Paid Search, Internal & External Campaigns. vistaprint.com placement with a drive to lower the cost if subscriber acquisition. The Growth Director role will also require focus on user engagement and retention, using tactics that will drive use of the products and services offered to drive subscriber retention and upsell

 

The Growth Director role reports directly to the GM/VP of Digital. As an early entrant into the Vistaprint Digital team you will drive the recruitment of your direct team and aid recruitment for other related teams. As a member of the Digital Services LOB leadership team, you will be involved in helping define the Digital LOB vision, business strategy, strategic and tactical approaches, products portfolio, user journeys, research and evaluating potential business partnerships. The Growth Director is responsible for acquiring and retaining Digital Services B2B subscribers and will be primarily measured on net subscriber growth and lifetime value. As part of this headline accountability, the Growth Director is also responsible for developing subscriber strategy across the lifecycle to drive engagement, conversion and nurturing paid and non-paid subscribers with relevant and personalized communications. Planning and data analysis are central to the Growth Director’s role and as such you are expected to understand, analyze and use data effectively to drive audience targeting, decision-making and reporting. As a key stakeholder in the   process, the Growth Director will be expected to contribute accurate and meaningful forecasts to comprise budgets and forecasts. You will also be accountable for pricing and managing spend to budget and agreed strategy.

You will have a direct impact on your customers by making it easy and efficient for them to use our SMB focused products, increase sales and promote their brands through Vistaprint Digital.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Digital and intime physical subscriptions' strategy, planning, and execution across the subscriber lifecycle
  • Develop strategy to identify, reach, convert & retain new subscribers
  • Delivery of acquisition and retention plans, campaigns & analysis
  • Campaign channel planning and delivery
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Budget management, forecasting, and pricing strategy
  • Work with Data & Analytics and GTM teams to define audience and develop attractive subscription offers

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience and success leading impactful, cross-functional projects
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital products
  • 5+ years of Strategic Partnership Management experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions
  • Proven consumer performance marketing track record
  • Deep knowledge of digital acquisition performance marketing

 

Nice to Have:

  • MBA
  • Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant product management/relationship management work experience in the online advertising or retail industry
  • Experience in ad serving, search engines, SEO/SEM, eCommerce
  • Experience with CPC advertising and paid search marketing
