We are seeking a highly strategic and inspirational leader, reporting into Vistaprint’s VP of Integrated Marketing, to establish our Product and Solutions Marketing practice as we become the Marketing and Design partner to small businesses around the world. As Head of Product/Solutions marketing, you will develop a product/solutions strategy and go to market execution, including a deep understanding of customers (both today and tomorrow), and a deep understanding of industry trends to create forward-thinking product and go-to-market solution strategies, all while building collaborative relationships across the business.


In this role, you will lead a team of product/solutions marketing managers and cross-functional partners to market new product launches, develop solutions across categories & services, and drive adoption/trial. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across teams, including channel marketing, brand marketing, product management, engineering, lines of business, and CRM to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead and further build a team of Product / Solutions and Audience Marketing experts to support Vistaprint’s vast portfolio of Print, Digital and Design solutions across a range of audience types, creating and driving a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Work with Research and Brand Strategy teams to identify and develop a deep understanding of our products, competition, and markets, as well as the various segments of users and how to best communicate with them.
  • Identify new opportunities for Vistaprint through thought leadership to inform and inspire the direction of our efforts across product / solutions and services experiences.
  • Define compelling customer value propositions and merchandising that reinforce our brand positioning to drive growth.
  • Help transform broad concepts and brand / business strategies into structured product marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives that drive our mid-funnel marketing goals.
  • Drive development, adoption and execution of campaigns and playbooks for product, category, service, and solution initiatives.
  • Work in close partnership with Creative, Brand, GTM, Channel Marketing, and Content Marketing teams to develop content and collateral with strong storytelling that span site, social, editorial, PR, partnerships, CRM / that educates and inspire small businesses to use Vistaprint in new ways.
  • Partner with global and local GTM teams / Marketing Directors to build new product launch plans and positioning for new category or top tier priority NPI (new product introductions).
  • Act as primary Marketing voice in creation of Product / Category / Service roadmaps, led by Product / Category / Service LOBs, to ensure we are serving key target audiences and rounding out solution offerings and use-cases to serve their needs.
  • Collaborate with Performance, CRM, and Integrated marketing to create data-driven marketing strategies and plans with standardized reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Category leads across the North America and International lines of business on recommendations for product and category communication priorities by season, audience, and market based on consumer insights and performance targets.
  • Help shepherd strategy for and implementation of Vistaprint’s subscription and bundle offerings in partnership with line of business General Managers, Customer Competitive Insights, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

We are looking for a self-driven leader with deep domain experience in consumer and audience marketing with a consistent record of launching products that customers love. You will be equally comfortable thinking strategically, creating audience and solutions centric marketing initiatives, as well as ensuring tactical level details are flawlessly executed to the highest standards. You will be passionate about developing high-profile product/solution portfolios, developing goals and strategies based on inputs, tracking success using the right metrics, and standing up mechanisms to do so. You are relentlessly focused on the customer with the ability to prioritize effectively and make tough decisions and trade-offs. You will thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

  • 12+ years of experience leading Product Marketing and / or Customer Strategy at a global brand.
  • Direct contribution to building Product Marketing practices in a fast-paced, portfolio company.
  • Experience managing global teams in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Data proficiency with strong analytical skills— including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand the efficacy of campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and will be a highly motivated self-starter with a track-record of “figuring it out.”
  • Track record of driving measurable results.
