We are looking for an Associate Chief of Staff, reporting into the Chief of Staff to the Vistaprint CMO, to support operations and special projects across the Marketing and Customer Experience organization.


What You Will Do:

You will organize the chaos, bring clarity to projects, meaning to updates and order to processes while they are created and introduced to the organization. You will help lead executive updates, meeting agendas and the communications of a 400+ person organization, in service of the Chief of Staff’s remit across the full Marketing and Customer Experience organization, with a slightly higher focus specifically on Customer Experience, which includes Product Management, Product UX and Digital.

  • Help project manage quarterly planning and reporting processes, leaning heavily into the needs of the Product Management, Product UX and Digital teams, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Objectives and Key Results Setting.
  • Coordinate critical communications and team touch-points, including team-wide meeting and event agendas and materials, critical project updates, Customer Experience-centric Executive Team and Board presentations, and cross-company information sharing with key stakeholders outside of the Marketing and Customer Experience team.
  • Own the Marketing and Customer Experience team’s presence across key internal collaboration channels, such as Confluence and BOX.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partner team and CMO leadership team to plan, budget, coordinate and implement learning and development opportunities.
  • Help facilitate on-boarding for new leadership team members.
  • Support Chief of Staff, Finance and broader Marketing and Customer Experience team in supervising and balancing budgets over the course of the year.
  • Provide research and ideation support to Chief of Staff and Chief Marketing Officer in exploring new opportunities.

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Program / Project Management or comparable fields.
  • Direct exposure to consumer-facing services and digital products.
  • Handled highly sophisticated projects or processes for large-scale teams.
  • Highly organized with a background of internal communications and reporting.
  • Implement workflows and processes to keep teams informed, aligned and on task.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and large-scale, globally distributed teams.
