What You Will Do:

  • Be immersed in diverse teams (with e.g., a Product Owner, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers) where you will build innovative data analytics products for the world-wide Customer care teams to enable them to provide efficient and excellent customer service.
  • Data Exploration, Visualization, and Dashboarding. Identify trends and drivers, perform and define exploratory data analyses, present views that will provide visibility into our performance, and create self-service dashboards.
  • Data Analysis and Modelling. Incorporate multiple data sources and methodologies to find opportunities to drive insights, efficiency, and performance in our customer support to create a great customer experience and contribute to our growth.
  • Collaborating in a fast paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often.
  • Value driven impact partner for key business partners, influencing strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and guide their work


Your Qualifications:

  • Passionate about data and technology. You are proficient in SQL and in creating great self-service dashboards, e.g., in Tableau or Looker. Other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and experience with advanced analytics techniques, like natural language processing, text analysis, and sentiment analysis, are a plus.
  • Inquisitive by nature. You are comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and are driven to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data.
  • Experienced. 5+ years in analytics with 3+ in an eCommerce environment and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field. Experience in analytics in customer service and customer contact centers is a big plus.
