The Paid Search team is part of the DnA organization at Vistaprint, where we are on the forefront of using data and automation to improve profit at desirable return on ad spend (ROAS) targets. Our team is spread across the globe and is loaded with talent, with team members in Boston, Barcelona, and Sydney. Its functions as a centralized team, with some of our team members embedded within lines of business (LOBs), and others serving central roles which impact all LOBs. Your role will be predominantly supporting central PS team priorities. Shopping Ads are a crucial component in Vistaprint’s success, and we’re uniquely positioned to give our customers what they want, when they want it, using our scale to deliver incredible customer experiences.


What You Will Do:

  • Feed Management. Maintaining, updating, optimizing, and troubleshooting issues in our product feeds across several accounts is at the core of this position.
  • Shopping Ads growth. We have an incredible amount of opportunity in Google and Bing shopping and a large backlog of outstanding ideas you will help execute globally.
  • Project Management. Product feeds sit at an outstanding intersection of several groups within Vistaprint including creative, product, pricing, technology, and marketing. You will act as a project manager and subject matter authority on initiatives that will continually push our feed-based marketing efforts forward to be outstanding.
  • Optimizing and testing. Apply your understanding of the competitive landscape, our customers’ needs, and current campaign performance to test new insights for growing profit and ROAS across our feed-based marketing.
  • Collaborating globally. You’ll partner with colleagues on our team in Sydney, Barcelona and Boston –and across multiple departments -to deliver results globally. You’ll be encouraged to incorporate their feedback and partner with them to impact results in multiple regions.


Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in handling Search, Shopping, and Google Display Network campaigns. Experience managing feeds larger than 10,000 products
  • Complete command and proficiency in Paid Search and Shopping Ads, including understanding of automated bidding, performance reporting and storytelling using data.
  • Experience using feed management platforms such as Products Up, GoDataFeed, or similar.
  • Strong and willing teammate, who isn’t afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success. And autonomy in problem solving, breaking down larger problems and tasks into smaller increments of work to make progress more quickly.
  • Strong project management skills including ability to deliver requirements, write user-stories, handle stakeholder expectations, calculate and communicate impact Cost-of-Delay, and communicate clearly with them.
