What You Will Do:


  • Collaborate with your Product Team to bring machine learning into transformative products for our customers
  • Bring new ideas to the table; take your idea and turn it into a full-fledged data product with the support of the broader DnA team
  • Engage with business partners to collaborate around analytical project requirements, define success metrics, explain methodologies and results, and negotiate deliverables.
  • Build new models, segmentations, and algorithms; as well as analyze pre-existing data products, provide suggestions on how to evolve, and improve their effectiveness.


Your Qualifications:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics or another technical field
  • 4+ years of machine learning and modeling experience. Should have expertise in the following areas:
    • Vector Autoregression(VAR)
    • Market Mix Model
  • Excellent programming skills in SQL and Python
  • Strength in clarifying and formalizing complex problems


 Nice to have 

  • Entrepreneurial Data Engineering chops to deliver end to end proofs of concept
  • Good knowledge of data visualization theory and tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Relevant work experience in an agile eCommerce environment
