We are there for our customers throughout their business journey. CARE Product and Design will deliver a seamless omni channel experience, where customers can engage across the platform of their choice (phone, chat, design live, social media, etc.) while being presented with the right tools to make informed design decisions. We are seeking a high energy, passionate, and hands-on HR project manager for our Global CARE organization to support the Global HR director to improve employees’ experience all along the life cycle.


What You Will Do:

  • Coordination and completion of HR projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • Design and drive implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop, engage and manage the organization's talent pool.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating internal resources.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress setting clear deadlines and documenting progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage the relationship with all relevant stakeholders, making sure of aligning with the rest of the group as well as developing a consistent global CARE approach considering local nuances.

  • Bachelors’ degree.
  • 7+ years’ experience in HR and project management, ideally with some supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability in developing and managing large-scale, high-quality projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of agile methodologies.
