Agile Coach, Analytics - Europe Remote

Vistaprint’s Data and Analytics (DnA) organization is working to make our company one of the world’s most well-known and successful data-driven companies. Our cross-functional data product teams include product owners, analysts, data scientists, data engineers and more. To build an environment with motivated, happy teams that deliver high performance results, we are seeking an Agile Coach to join our team. In this role, you will mentor our teams in agile standard methodologies enabling them to define and focus on the most valuable work and optimize their flow. You will also help identify and build the feedback loops vital for learning, so your teams continue to grow and develop.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Mentor teams to higher levels of maturity in agile practices, at a pace that is balanced and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Improve the collaboration within and between teams in our organization with better target setting, ceremonies or processes
  • Provide coaching, teaching, facilitation and mentoring services to our teams that will contribute to crafting an agile mindset
  • Actively identify dependences and impediments, and work across the organization to remove them
  • Assess the health of our teams and provide improvement support

 

Your Qualifications:

  • You have a deep understanding of agile and lean concepts and have experience adapting them to local contexts
  • You are a phenomenal in communication, mentoring, and identifying group dynamics, and develop trust and psychological safety
  • You are an experienced agile mentor, scrum master development manager, or PO who has worked with cross-functional data analytics engineering teams
  • You have the relevant certifications as Agile Coach

 

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Scaled Agile (SAFe) and/or as Product Owner
  • Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Science Methods and/or DevOps
