Customer Care Operations Manager, Dutch Market (f/m/d)

Your role will involve:


  • You lead a group of independently operating customer service teams for the Dutch market with presences in Venlo, Netherlands and Berlin (DE) and remote in NL.
  • Your goal is to ensure effective collaboration across all teams and departments impacting the Dutch region – in service of delivering better value, faster, to our customers, thus putting the Vistaprint customers at the center of every decision.
  • You drive the continuous development of your direct reports, the Team Coaches, through regular 1:1s, identifying their learning needs and development goals and partnering with our People departments to address these.
  • While ensuring customer centricity in the work of all Operations team members you will also safeguard efficiency and adherence to the company’s financial commitments.
  • As part of your role, you will identify levers of Employee Engagement and work towards continuously improving engagement in collaboration with Site and People Leadership.
  • You continuously create transparency around and enthusiasm for our company strategy, mission and goals and organizational changes related to these.
  • You manage the relationship with our Dutch based recruiting agency.

  • You understand yourself as a servant leader and know that it takes highly engaged employees to accomplish customer happiness and success.
  • Next to solid leadership experience you possess profound knowledge of and passion for principles of change management and agile organizations.
  • You are a strong and empathetic communicator and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • You are familiar with Dutch workplace culture and infrastructure; ideally you speak Dutch fluently
  • You have completed a vocational training, bachelor’s or master’s degree in a commercial field or a similar education.
  • You are willing to spend time regularly onsite with the teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
