It’s an exciting time to join Vistaprint. Last year we empowered over 16 million small businesses around the world to create customized products that help them grow their business…and we’re not stopping there.  We are going to grow that to 30 million or more per year, and our Global Operations team is expanding to support that growth.  We are cultivating a winning catalog of products that delight our customers and are seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist specialized in Program Management for our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts (PPAG) line of business.



What you’ll do:

  • Monitor day-to-day order flow to identify large incidents and potential bottlenecks.
  • Lead the Problem Management initiatives, conduct root cause analysis and organize remediation efforts.
  • Build and manage backlog of identified issues and lead resolution efforts by organizing work of the cross-functional team.
  • Proactively detect and prevent future problems/incidents and initiate the Problem Management process to allow quicker diagnosis and resolution. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Care organization on defining and executing strategy to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Help to create, scale and drive efficiency in launching new PPAG products. Act as first point of contact for issues remediation.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve on-time orders delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly communicate progress and drive decisions to the most favorable outcome for the company, overcoming obstacles along the way.

We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has 3+ years of relevant professional experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Has experience working in high complexity technical environments and the ability to fully understand the implications of solution options through the full lifecycle: from eCommerce to delivered customer goods.
  • Has a solutions mindset. We want people who identify problems and think of great solutions for the challenges we face. Show us how you identify ways to improve how work gets done and then get the team to implement the changes.
  • Is familiar with software development and can comfortably discuss complex programming challenges with engineering teams.
  • Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Is passionate about delighting our customers through focused attention to detail, ensuring order delivery accuracy.
