Service Desk is a talented global team providing 1st level employee technology support through chats, email, video, and how-to articles. You will be focused on providing an excellent customer experience on company-supported computer applications and platforms. No matter where you are in your career, we will give you the support you need to continue growing as you work with fellow administrators.


What You Will Do:

  • 1st level of IT supports our remote employees with any IT incident (macOS and Windows), fixing hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain IT Support how-to articles and knowledgebase
  • User Account Management in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Jira queue tickets management.
  • Follow security policies while carrying out desktop support


Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an operational and support environment.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS
  • Easy to approach mentality, flexibility, and customer service focus
  • High motivation, team-oriented way of thinking, and willingness to learn, grow and share new skills and tricks with the team.

Nice to have:

  • Intune, Microsoft Azure is a plus
