Who We Are:

Client Technology Services Team is be responsible for providing a Tier 2 Support by performing an IT technical role ensuring Vistaprint IT best practices, global consistency, and robust support processes are followed. As a CTS Team Member, you are supposed to have Excellent sense of customer service. You will also participate and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for Internal Business Systems application support. Your Senior hat will help you in: Plan, implement, oversee, and maintain servers and network infrastructures and projects.

What You Will Do:

You will be acting as a System Administrator at 2nd level of IT support Model, helping our employees with any IT incident (macOS and Windows) and fixing both hardware & software issues. Below figures and exhaustive list of your duties :

  • Prepare IT equipment for new hires and on-board employees.
  • Carry out desktop support, Troubleshoot & solve common IT issues (Amazon Products, Video conferencing {Zoom Rooms}, hardware failures, software installs, access requests, security policies: VPN req, spam detection etc...)
  • Edit and modify user accounts and Admin rights per request driven by a Service Desk\Ticketing program- Jira.
  • Assist project teams with technical issues, and disaster recovery plan
  • Build and maintain IT policies and documentation and IT Inventory management.
  • Adhere to change management and processes compliance targeting industry best practices implementation for Internal Business Systems application support
  • Build and Present online training sessions and office hours

Your Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Information Technology, B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS ; MS Win10, Office 365, MS Azure Server and Jamf
  • Conferencing Units experience and Warranty repair and RMA coordination
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting and Peripheral deployment and diagnostics
  • Web filtering, Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam technologies (CrowdStrike) and Disk encryption (BitLocker) knowledge
  • Spyware removal and prevention
  • Solid knowledge with on premise services AD, DHCP,DNS and cloud environment, AAD, Endpoint manager 'Intune'
  • Prior experience with Help Desk, Network Operations, Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, or Systems Analysis a plus, but not required.

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Further 2 years of system administration

  • Excellent communication skills in English; verbal and written.
  • Easy to approach mentality, flexibility, and customer service focus.
  • High motivation, team-oriented way of thinking, and willing to learn, grow & share new skills/tricks with the team.
  • Ability to document IT processes, how-to’s and tech/user-oriented manuals.
  • Ability to react quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
  • Lifting is a consistent requirement of this job
  • Must be able to work on shifts and on-call
