Job Purpose:

The Process Excellence Manager core responsibilities will be project management focused. This person will be tasked to identify, analyze, and prioritize business impacts for process defects that occur within the organization, and will submit reviews and prioritize process improvements. Importantly, this person would also distinguish between 'Just Do It' fixes versus architectural changes in the workflow. This person will partner closely with Manila Leadership and Global team to ensure that this lines up with the vision for the current and future states of the front- and back-end processes. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an effective influencer, possess strong program management skills, and have experience balancing inputs and priorities from multiple executive stakeholders.


This position offers a great opportunity to build and standardize processes and relationships with Global partners and influence the long-term process improvement strategy for the organization. You will inspect current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, incorporate feedback and ideas from your stakeholders to design process of the future. The Process Excellence Manager supports, coordinates, and facilitates structured process improvement activities aligned to our business goals. They foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels in the organization.


As part of this role, the person will be responsible for evaluating current processes, identifying opportunities/waste, and developing a strategy to drive process improvements by creating a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear, and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work, is metrics and number savvy, has an analytical mindset and has demonstrated leadership ability. This person will need an ability to see the big picture/whole system and execute on grass root level. Additionally, they are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done and could thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and everchanging environment.


Key Responsibilities/Duties People Developer & Effective Communicator


• Communicates on project and program status across all levels of leadership

• Advise and influence partner teams in process improvements applying new tools and insights

• Ensure closed loop measurement and be a voice of customer feedback back to the program & product teams

• Act as a trusted advisor to partners by anticipating customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions

• Providing sound recommendations based on business case and analysis. Coordinating with leaders to organize and drive project teams and kick-off process improvement process addressing the key areas identified. Strategic & Data Driven • Performs quantitative analysis of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Provide support in achieving the operational productivity targets and identifying Best Practices opportunities.

• Work to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement site culture and collaborate with the regional network to communicate benchmarking methodology.

• Document current state processes and business systems and compare to benchmarking data and/or best practices to identify performance gaps.

• Facilitating the analysis of business and process performance, and identifying improvement opportunities, process or control gaps leading to quality, compliance, professional excellence, and risk issues Excellence Champion
