Sydney, NSW, AU, 2000

Company:  Vista

Who are we?

Vista is a Cimpress company passionate about empowering people to make an impression through individually meaningful, personalized physical products. We are a team of over 10,000 members in 24 countries working together to empower 17 million customers to make an impression. We are passionate, self-starting and audacious. We thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Whatever geography we’re in, we bring exceptional talent together. We never stop learning and we believe you shouldn't either. Opportunities abound for career development.

It's an exiting time to join the Vista ANZ Product team that is growing to support large investments in the development of our Product offering. This team is the engine to extend the assortment in different product categories by delivering new, exciting products and delivery services, to improve quality of the existing portfolio, to drive a market leading value proposition and to continue building fulfilment competitive advantage by optimizing the cost structure.

What you’ll do all day:

  • Be a core element of our strategy deployment by supporting rapid new product introductions and expand our delivery capabilities.
  • Support the development of a large third-party fulfilment network across product categories for the ANZ region.
  • Become a power user of our Product and Fulfilment tools and own the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, create products, update SKUs and manage delivery services.
  • Partner and manage projects with cross functional teams to deliver the strategy. Key stakeholders include International Product, local Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing Technology, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations and our third-party fulfillers.
  • Develop cost analyses to support make/buy decisions and strengthen our sourcing strategy.
  • Monitor the performance of our internal and external fulfillers, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution of those.

You’ll be measured on how well you:

  • Drive business results.  You’ll need to show that you can both think strategically and execute with agility.  The team’s KPIs will include metrics such as Cost improvements (variable and total cost), quality/customer satisfaction, product availability and P&L.
  • Create productive partnerships.  You’ll need to demonstrate you can work well and develop trusting relationships with a different set of stakeholders.
  • Fulfiller Operation. You´ll monitor and support fulfiller and platform performance (on time deliveries, blocked orders in the platform etc).
  • Grow your competency.  We are looking for people who can grow with the organization.  We’ll want you to prove you can handle more responsibility and complexity.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Customer-centric mindset.  You will put yourself in the shoes of our customer to ensure you meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Has curiosity for manufacturing, technology and fulfillment platform strategy. We look for people interested in technology and manufacturing, who enjoy ‘touching’ products and bring them to life and who have a ‘platform’ mindset. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Is comfortable with data manipulation and system integrations. You can synthesize information and highlight the salient points to support your arguments. And when that information doesn’t exist, you are able to partner with our stakeholders to get it. You are also comfortable with understanding ecosystems of webservices.
  • Has a solutions mindset and owns the results.  We want people who meet challenges head on and bring solutions for our opportunities.  We aren’t afraid to take chances and own the results, whether good or bad.  We love when we win and learn when we miss.
  • Thrives in a complex world.  Our corporate strategy is evolving, and our organization is highly-matrixed and global.
  • Partners like to work with.  You’ll be relying on and supporting multiple other teams.  It’s important to work closer in a way that inspires them to want to work with you. You must have good verbal/written communication skills.

And a few reasons you might love it

  • We have a working culture where innovation is at the heart of everything we do
  • You will be working in a truly global environment with an exceptionally talented and ambitious group in all areas of e-commerce
  • With the resources of a large entity, you will be part of an autonomous region, operating with a start-up mindset and energy
  • You will have a lot of fun working with people who are as energetic, smart, and driven as you are
  • This role offers a pathway into either Product Management or specializing in Product Fulfilment in the short term (<12 months), so if either of those paths appeal to you we encourage you to apply.
  • Last but not least, we offer competitive salary and benefits program
