Vista is looking for a PR Manager to develop and implement innovative public relations programs to improve reputation and increase overall brand awareness for nine markets across Europe covering Southern Europe, Benelux, and the Nordics.

Here you will be crafting communications strategies and tactics at both national and local levels, crafting newsworthy stories, leading external agencies, and handling the overall PR function across these regions.


Reporting to the marketing director, you will use your natural proactivity, excellent project management skills and media relations know-how to help drive success. You will be responsible for developing PR strategy for these regions, but will also partner with the global PR team, work on multi-market campaigns and stories, reporting and analysis of results, and crisis comms amongst other projects.


What You Will Do:

  • Planning and implementing PR strategies and campaigns to position Vista as the experienced design and marketing partner.
  • Lead media outreach initiatives broad of generating newsworthy ideas, pitching, handling media queries, and leading relations between Vista and media.
  • Handle local PR agencies and drive cross-functional collaborators.
  • Work closely with the Global PR, Brand Management, Coordinated Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer, Affiliate and Organic Search teams to plan coordinated campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues in other marketing channels to ensure PR projects get visibility amongst our customer base.
  • Ensure all timelines, budgets, achievements, and results meet collaborators’ needs.
  • Deliver an executive program to raise the visibility and credibility of Vista’s leadership across a variety of thought leadership platforms in each country.
  • Drafting, copy-editing and crafting press releases, briefing docs, factsheets and other forms of written and visual materials.
  • Maintaining and updating the local Vista Newsroom sites - posting press releases, sharing relevant coverage, and uploading resources, and filtering and responding to relevant incoming queries.


Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum experience of 8-10 years in a dynamic public relations position in a fast paced and dynamic environment (agency or in-house)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in additional relevant working experience is also acceptable.
  • Excellent project management skills demonstrated by a track record of delivering large communications initiatives and PR projects, ideally in an international setting.
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience working on PR campaigns that incorporate social media/content marketing elements
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to work effectively with senior team members and executives


Nice to Have:

  • A passion for creativity, with the desire to come up with original PR stories and campaign ideas
  • Strong writing and editing skills in either Italian or Spanish, with an established network of media contacts in one of these countries being a strong plus.
  • Excellent media relations skills and a strong understanding of newsworthiness for coverage opportunities
