What You Will Do:

  • Be a central part of our mission to help small business owners create and leverage professional, creative marketing material and solutions by supporting Vista partners to make better customer experience driven decisions
  • Build, lead, and grow an outstanding Customer Experience Measurement and Analytics Center of Excellence that designs and builds innovative, self-service CX measurement data products to enable insights generation and actioning for the whole organization
  • As a role model, lead and develop a strong empowered team starting with a Product Owner, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers by giving strong thought leadership
  • Shape and drive the development of a new, innovative customer experience measurement and action approach that uses prediction based on operational drivers along the end-to-end customer journey as well as simplified, harmonized customer surveys and that enables automated actions
  • Advise the leadership and executives as well as evangelize throughout the organization on a Customer First approach and foster adoption of the Customer Experience Insights data products to take customer focused decisions and deliver customer-back improvements
  • Be responsible for the design and delivery of selected high-value use cases that leverage customer experience prediction
  • Guide the team in developing compelling, easy to understand communication and documentation
  • Collaborate with partners across Vistaprint all over the world to find opportunities, align on requirements, and take prioritization decisions
  • Share our innovative approaches with the external community via conferences, research articles, books to give back to the community and make Vista known for its leading data and analytics work


Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs proven experience running an impactful, analytics driven Customer Experience program or department, ideally in fast-growth tech companies
  • 5+ yrs proven people leadership experience with the ability to attract, develop, excite, and retain incredible and diverse team members
  • In-depth applied knowledge of Customer Experience measurement approaches and tools landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, visionary thinking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance sustainability, speed, and autonomy
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in business, statistics, engineering, or technical field
  • Optional but a plus: Experience in digital product management
