The Product Analytics team directly embeds in Vista’s product organization to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience and empower decision-making with data. The Product Team within Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is dedicated to building unparalleled products that deliver immense value to our customers. About the Role

As the Lead Data Analyst for the Product Teams, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to enhance Vistaprint's position as the premier design and marketing partner for small businesses. You have a consulting attitude, striving to both bolster the evidence used in product team decision-making and proactively identify high value events and interactions within the product. You are technical but at the same time can convey the business meaning behind a sophisticated set of metrics and drive concrete recommendations. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to identify areas of opportunity and drive value for our customers by navigating customer engagement, business, contact center, and transactional data using multiple dashboards, data sources and analytical techniques.
  • Act as a data and insights consultant throughout the product development lifecycle in areas such as product discovery, solution design, and experimentation.
  • Mentor and coach product teams in reporting and monitoring of their metrics. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to build intuitive analytics tools, reporting, and custom visualizations.
  • Analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports on contact center operations, identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support in design of A/B or percentage roll-out tests to optimize customer experiences and provide insightful recommendations based on test results.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What’ll make you a Great Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Sophisticated technical skills in SQL (Snowflake), web-analytics tools (Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau); 2+ years of experience independently crafting, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments. Experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or other experimentation tools is a plus.
  • Expert understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data; Strong problem-solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and then breakdown it down into important analysis).
  • Compelling communication (able to articulate your point clearly based on your audience)
  • Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail and consistent record of effectively delivering on projects supporting multiple business partners to make decisions.
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience with BigQuery or other web analytics data sources.
  • Experience with Quantum Metric, Indicative, or other product analytics tools.
