Senior HR Business Partner- UK and Spain Remote

Our people function (part of the CFO org) works in a matrixed way, business partners working together with expert teams focused on Team Member Experience. Positioning ourselves centrally and globally, we offer opportunities to scale processes and ideas, facilitate feedback loops across Vistaprint’s organizations.
 

This role will be working with our awesome engineering function, which includes software engineers and data experts. Ready to join a workplace where your HR skills can shine? What You Will Do:

• Counsel our business leaders on talent, compensation, performance, and all things people-related—think of yourself as the guide on all things people focused
• Team up with our HR Centers of Excellence to build custom programs that sync seamlessly with our organization's culture and goals.
• Lead project teams to craft programs and processes that catapult our HR game to new heights
• Embrace change like a top-tier explorer, leading initiatives and organizational shifts with precision and finesse.
• Be the bridge between HR and the rest of the team, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
   

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR wisdom
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field—you're the scholar of the HR realm!
• Flex your HR muscles with expertise across all the crucial HR areas including HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Talent Management, etc. — we want an all-star HR player!
• Master of the art of data literacy—you're not afraid to dive into the numbers and uncover insights that guide decisions.
• Cultural awareness in a global context — our workplace is a melting pot of diverse talents!
• Previous experience working with really smart and talented engineering teams or other related cross functional partners — because you know how to navigate the brilliance and bring out the best in every individual.
   

Nice to Have:

• Ability to flash a Human Resources Professional Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
