Our Global Customer Value (CARE) is responsible for delivering personalized expertise with our marketing, design, and digital services. We’re obsessed with enabling small and medium businesses to create extraordinary experiences while maximizing the potential of their brand. We are there for our customer’s marketing needs throughout their business journey. CARE Product and Design will deliver a seamless omni channel experience, where customers can engage across the platform of their choice (phone, chat, design live, social media, etc.) while being presented with the right tools to make informed design decisions. We are seeking a high energy, passionate, Product (Technical) Manager of “do it with help design services” (help customers in designing Vista products) for our Global CARE organization to accelerate our design and digital offerings for our customers. You will help define and execute the overall strategy and vision for the help the customers using design services (synchronous and asynchronous).

What You Will Do:

  • Understand customer problems and launch a human-assisted help for Vista products and design services
  • Lead the product strategy of the new design direction and product brand systems across the CARE experience to improve the customer experience and pricing strategy for the design live sessions and revisions
  • Partner with talented leaders, product, operators, and engineers and have a direct impact on the future look and feel of Vista CARE
  • Manage the design and delivery of new products and capabilities that can be leveraged across one or multiple lines of business
  • Build and improve existing communication tools including scheduling (based on customers demand and manage demand/supply)
  • Bring to the table innovative ideas and simplified experiences that establish long-term relationships with our customers
  • Be a part of the development and execution of the core product roadmap - through both foundational and exploratory deliverables - ensuring its alignment with Vista's vision while serving small business needs.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product related field with a strong knowledge of agile development
  • Ability to guide the design direction with internal design teams while adhering to customer experience objectives and product best practices
  • Background in producing data-informed, measurable effective UX by leveraging customer insights, A/B testing, and personalization
  • Proven background in identifying and defining complex problem spaces and find creative solutions, using evidence to make great decisions
  • Excellent prioritization skills to make trade-offs while staying on top of your committed backlog and key initiatives
  • Proven ability in developing large-scale, high-quality, digital service, and experienced in all aspects of the design of digital, consumer facing tools
