You will help define and execute the overall strategy and vision for Vista – our core small-business platform, under the Digital Product organization.


We are actively seeking Digital Product Managers for the Growth & Retention (G&R) team, specifically leading our Onboarding and Retention products. These key roles work to identify and create opportunities for growth across our experiences. These can be new features, upper-funnel improvements, or a combination of both! The team is also tasked with developing and executing a product retention strategy that extends the relationship between our customers and us beyond the website and into personalized messaging hitting their inbox. For many customers, their first impression of Vista will be delivered by the G&R team, which makes it an exciting space!


What You Will Do:

  • Help define the vision and strategy for your product, and build thematic roadmaps that tie to strategic business initiatives
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data & Analytics teams to inform and prioritize the product roadmap, and execute to deliver our goals
  • Lead a diverse team through the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery
  • Shape and define innovative solutions from ambiguous, and at times, complex requirements
  • Create goals for your team and be responsible for communicating progress and challenges your team is facing


Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in Personalization or Retention, within a heavily matrixed organization
  • Polished communication skills, with experience working with a variety of stakeholders in a collaborative, global, remote environment
  • Deep understanding of funnels, data analysis and analytics
  • Experience in experimentation and testing
  • Excellent prioritization skills, understanding when to make tradeoffs while staying on top of your committed backlog and key initiatives
