You will help define and execute the overall strategy and vision for Vista – our core small-business platform, under the Digital Product organization.

 

About the Role

The Personalization Capabilities group is responsible for the tools and platforms that empower all Vista product teams to deliver personalized customer experiences leveraging high quality data. As the Product Manager for Customer Identity, you will ensure that we have the right platforms to ingest, organize and seamlessly activate customer data at scale. Your products will power a single view of the customer and unlock the ability for teams to act on all of Vista’s customer data in meaningful ways. You will partner closely with your engineering squad and data & analytics partners to assess our current audience & identity platforms and create a product roadmap with plans to elevate them to meet our growing business needs. This product manager will also play a key role in bridging the gaps between collected data and meaningful use of it by internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • Be the Customer Information expert who can answer almost any question about customer data and audience segments
  • Define the vision and strategy for your product, and build thematic roadmaps that tie to strategic business initiatives
  • Work closely with a team of engineers and data scientists to build best in class audience and identity products
  • Engage with other product managers and business stakeholders to ensure that the data products you’re creating are organized, accessible, and easy to activate in multiple use cases.
  • Market your product internally to various departments to ensure all available users know about your product and how they could value from it
  • Lead a diverse team through the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery
  • Shape and define innovative solutions from ambiguous, and at times, complex requirements
  • Prioritize many requests and ideas for features by understanding the business value and impact, weighed against the risk and development time

Your Qualifications:

  • You are a qualified product practitioner with 3+ years of experience and bring a strong knowledge of agile development
  • You are comfortable with complex data analytics, customer segmentation and familiar with machine learning applications
  • You have a strong understanding of product interaction analytics and tracking data, its utilization in planning enhancement, and live experience testing methodologies
  • You’re able to identify & define complex problem spaces and find creative solutions, using evidence to make great decisions
  • You understand that "everyone wants things done" and can make tradeoffs while staying on top of your committed backlog and key initiatives
  • You’re good at letting people know what’s going on and can stay focused where the most value is to be gained
