DnA’s Growth and Change Office is searching for a Learning & Development Manager, who is passionate about people development and trainings, to help this outstanding talent pool grow and develop. In this role, you will be end-to-ended responsible for DnA’s L&D program, tailoring it to the specific needs of our career paths and leveraging Vista-wide resources such as an LMS and online learning resources, as well as internal and external expertise to build and craft an extraordinary offering to our staff. With a constant focus on the personal and professional development of the team, you will partner with DnA leadership and the VP L&D team to achieve this.

 

What You Will Do:

You will work in the Growth & Change Office of our rapidly growing Data & Analytics (DnA) department, and help to drive the overall transformation roadmap and organizational change

Specifically, your work will focus on crafting and implementing a holistic Learning & Development framework for DnA and establishing supporting processes:

  • Align consistent development path and training modules (technical and behavioral) for each career path within DnA
  • Lead and continuously improve our training catalogue with modules from internal professionals and external providers
  • Establish processes and set up LMS to support everyone to pursue their L&D curriculum according to individual development goals and interests, while minimizing required administrative efforts
  • Lead innovative learning programs from design to implementation
  • Educate organization on learning & development opportunities offered
  • Collaborate with global L&D teams to demonstrate overarching company resources

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience running learning, leadership and/or professional development programs
  • Bachelor’s degree, in a relevant field, e.g., in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Org Development
  • Experience in delivering a blended learning environment including: eLearning, virtual training and distance learning methods, classroom/instructor-led training, and on-the-job training/mentoring. Good understanding of developing technical skills
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills, ability to work in a vibrant environment
  • Strong project management skills: Ability to drive multiple projects, and improve all resources to get best results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and partner leadership skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills
  • A broad understanding of a wide range of learning psychology and approaches and curiosity to try new things

 

Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree
  • Professional L&D qualifications/certifications
  • Experience working fast-paced, technical environments like Tech or Data & Analytics teams
  • Experience in driving implementation in a sophisticated matrix organization
