To support this rapid growth, we are hiring across the board.  We are seeking a versatile senior leader to manage customer acquisition and business development for our Sales and Marketing organization.  This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing and be responsible for identifying and executing new business models and marketing strategies for VCS.


Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing, you will conceptualize new business models, establish partnerships and ultimately exponentially grow the B2B arm of Vistaprint.  You will evolve our value proposition and develop new growth opportunities with new partnerships.  Working within a start-up environment at VCS you will also gather and report on competitive insight, product guidance and customer feedback to the President and Executive Vice President of the organization.  As a key member of the start-up organization, you will be asked to flex your style to the business needs, try new techniques as the product evolves, and influence revenue along the way.

Your role will involve:


  • Identifying and executing on new growth models with external 3rd party partners and internal entities within Cimpress’ business portfolio
  • Developing a partner marketing strategy to exponentially grow our current portfolio
  • Building a VCS promotional strategy including weekly sales, holiday/seasonal events and account specific strategies
  • Merchandising strategy for
  • Conceptualizing and executing a direct marketing engine for both mid-market & enterprise customer targets   


In return, you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field (Masters preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles
  • Experience working with mid-market as well as fortune 500 companies in a sales or business development environment
  • Experience presenting new investment asks to senior level executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • A self-motivated, strong influencing, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to get things done; solution-based thinking coupled with agility
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity
