To support this rapid growth, we are hiring across the board.  We are seeking a Senior Customer Insights Specialist, who will be hyper focused on VCS’ customer experience through gathering raw data and identifying trends that will ultimately influence the strategic direction of our sales, marketing, product, and user experience needs.  As the voice of the customer, the successful candidate will prioritize research needs, design studies, and present the findings to key internal stakeholders.


Your day to day will involve:

  • Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Fulfillment & Customer Service departments to identify research objectives and learning goals.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, surveys and user testing to aid platform improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and Fullstory to gain insights on site experiences and opportunities for improvement to the customer experience. 
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and present actionable research findings to executive leadership and stakeholders.


In return you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience leveraging data to build business recommendations to drive strategy throughout the organization.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve a shared goal
  • Background in partner, agency management, sales or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to get things done; solution-based thinking coupled with agility
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Fullstory a plus!
