We are looking to hire a passionate, high energy, Product Owner who is excited about the opportunity of working on a team who is building a growing our ProShop technology platform. In just 2.5 years ProShop has grown from a wire frame, walking skeleton to a major player in the print space with thousands of partners and hundreds of customers interacting with it daily.  This individual will have a pivotal role, in partnership with the Sr. Product Manager, to continue this growth and deliver on the product roadmap including feature implementation and customer research. 


Your day-to-day:

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Collaborate daily with Technology squads to drive feature delivery
  • Create story maps and user stories that outline feature requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Manage day-to-day product requests such as stakeholder questions, production issues and ticket prioritization
  • Work with the Sr. Product Manager to influence product vision and roadmap
  • Build relatinships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Merchandising, Marketing etc.) to communicate product priorities, gather input and educate on newly launched features and functionality  
  • Leverage various channels to learn the customer, capture feedback and ensure the product is meeting their need
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to develop necessary feedback loops to capture stakeholder feedback



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant product owner role
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, flexible, results-driven environment with a positive “get it done” attitude
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to be creative and generate out of the box ideas
  • High attention to detail
  • Passionate about the customer and solution oriented to solve their pain points
  • Familiar with Agile principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly communicate priorities
  • Eager to work on a global, collaborative, cross-functional team
  • BS/BA required
