To support this rapid growth, we are hiring across the board.  We are seeking an impact-driven Inside Sales Development Representative who will spearhead efforts to identify, pursue, and close revenue-generating portals for our clients. 


Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor, you will qualify new leads with the goal of winning them as a long-term customer utilizing our ProShop solution or our ProAdvantage membership program. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our Business Development team qualifying high-value prospects for our Enterprise ProShop solution.  Working within a start-up environment at VCS you will also gather and report on competitive insight, product guidance, and customer feedback to stakeholders within the VCS business unit. You will be asked to flex your style to the business needs, try new techniques as the product emerges and influence revenue along the way.

Your role will involve:

  • Prospect and qualify new clients that employ 50-500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone, and video demonstrations.
  • Present and consultatively sell to C-Suite, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners and Individuals that purchase print material and promotional items on behalf of the organization.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly revenue and membership signup targets.
  • Support the BDR team by qualifying high-value prospects for our Enterprise ProShop solution.
  • Pilot new customer acquisition strategies including new lead channels, prospecting, and tradeshow follow-ups.
  • Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.

In return, you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Experience in sales (inside sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality) preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • A self-motivated, strong influencing, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
