Job Description:
In this multi-faceted position, you will report to the Director of Strategic Communications & Operations as part of a small but mighty team keeping more than 400 technologists informed and connected across the globe -- as well as reaching out to thousands more throughout the Cimpress organization. You will partner on, develop, and implement a communication and events strategy to build engagement. The work is varied, and you’ll be leading some and contributing to all of our communications and events that create a best-in-tech, global employee experience. You’ll do this using written, design, print, audio and video methods through channels like email, intranet/online, slack, digital signage, all hands, podcasting and events.
Your role will involve:
- Leading existing and new internal communications with a lens for employee engagement to ensure we’re measuring their impact and meeting our team members needs
- Serving as a thought partner and content advisor to our team members for key programs that give them a voice to share their knowledge and promote their work
- Partnering closely with HR on a range of activities including but not limited to :
- Our quarterly employee net promoter score (eNPS) surveys and any programs or leadership messaging that comes as a result of the feedback we collect
- Development and roll out of programs that build meaningful recognition across all global teams
- Overseeing the design and organization of global employee events in partnership with the comms and events coordinator, that ensure we celebrate important team achievements and emphasize inclusion, while driving engagement
- Partnering with Cimpress Communications team and Talent Acquisition to ensure external messaging about our platform technology and tech team culture promote genuine expectations and build brand
- Build and maintain relationships with a range of team members across the globe. This includes working directly with Cimpress Technology leaders, advocating for and acting as the voice of our team members.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in employee engagement and strive to innovate what’s new and next
You will bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience doing similar work
- Experience project managing employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Excellent written and presentation creation skills, with a portfolio of content that can be shared
