Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, Product - US Remote

We are looking for an experienced contributor with strong problem solving and design skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being hands-on in the trenches but loves being a technology leader and sharing what they know to help grow the team.

This helps us have a big impact at the enterprise level while still feeling small and nimble. You will use the best open-source projects available and will be highly encouraged to contribute and participate in the open-source community.

 What You Will Do:

  • Hands-on contributions to design, build, and maintain services and customer experiences that support and grow the Mass Customization Platform.
  • Design RESTful APIs to help power eCommerce businesses across the world
  • Write .NET Core, TypeScript, or Java APIs that are deployed on AWS using Docker
  • Develop algorithms for efficient and accurate product modelling.
  • Continually deploy new code on a pipeline powered by GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
  • Use your years of development experience to help grow the engineering acumen of the squad by partnering, pairing and teaching.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to overcome complex challenges with innovative technical solutions

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of non-internship experience developing complex applications and delivering on time at high quality.
  • 5+ years  of experience with relevant tools, languages, and frameworks (.Net Core, Java, or TypeScript preferred).
  • Understanding of design patterns and architecture.
  • Experience with service and application provisioning, deployment and orchestration in Amazon Web Service

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to work comfortably with a variety of partners - engineers, product managers, and engineering leads from other teams.
  • Solid experience with algorithms
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes)
  • Diverse technical background and a passion to learn and stay current
  • Passion for algorithms and computer science foundations is a plus
