Cimpress Security is charged with empowering the Cimpress businesses to grow and compete in their markets by leveraging technologies and risks that align with their strategy. We are tasked with protecting the company’s key assets from malicious and unwanted uses and ensure compliance to laws and regulations. The Security Team ensures security standards are implemented to minimize the risk and the impact of possible security incidents. We accomplish it by sharing our expertise with other teams and our Cimpress businesses and having a direct line of reporting with management and growing connections with other people in the IT community.


As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Security Program Management Office (PMO), a key function within Cimpress Security focused on supporting the achievement of security strategic objectives across the Cimpress organization. You will play a dual/hybrid role, acting as both a Project Manager and Technical Writer. You will manage internal projects and contribute to improving the frameworks and tools which generate value for the rest of the team, as well as providing technical writing services on both internal and external technical communications.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage the team's projects leveraging agile principles, ensuring that the customer needs and the satisfaction targets are met on time and on budget
  • Oversee, track, and prioritize multiple deliverables concurrently to align with the project plan, while ensuring all deliverables and commitments meet quality standards and expectations
  • Coach / mentor the different squads in increasing work efficiency through agile training and on-going guidance
  • Supporting the PMO by improving our frameworks and platforms to enhance visibility, planning and execution of our strategy
  • Identify and raise potential issues or blockers with stakeholders and provide mitigation options and requirements to resolve
  • Work closely with our team and customers to create high-quality documentation for current and upcoming service offerings
  • Ensure that existing documentation is kept up-to-date and meets quality standards
  • Engage and collaborate with customer feedback initiatives to address content gaps, respond to direct customer feedback and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience


Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in project management working Agile principles and methodologies, and 2+ years' work experience in the security industry or in a highly technical environment.
  • Experience in work management & ticketing platforms (Atlassian and Zendesk preferred)
  • Experience working in a global, dynamic environment working cross functionally with various team members across different functions, cultures, and levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, specifically with experience communicating technical information to a non-technical business user community as well as writing clear and concise procedural documentation for a technical audience.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.


Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Computer Science.
  • Understanding key principles and fundamentals of security strategy and risk management basics
