We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Private Data Warehouse product. Working with a passionate global team, you will evolve our data ingestion, storage, and visualization capabilities beyond the data lake to a distributed, data mesh architecture that enables Cimpress businesses to turn facts into competitive advantage at scale.


What You Will Do:

As a Product Manager you will work with a collaborative, fast-paced team of engineers in 5 different locations across 3 different time zones to chart the course for our Private Data Warehouse product.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with analysts, engineers, and other key users across Cimpress businesses to understand their challenges and needs in the data space.
  • Solve for those needs by crafting a compelling product vision and features.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs), quarterly objectives and a roadmap that balances near-term needs with progress on your long-term vision.
  • Enable the success of the teams through clear articulation of user stories, requirements, and success criteria to deliver on customer features
  • Help our product discipline grow by mentoring, growing, and hiring
  • Work collaboratively day to day with the development teams to clarify business requirements, remove obstacles, and constantly communicate to gain alignment on product features
  • Evangelize for your product and team


Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product or program management experience in a technology capacity
  • Experience in solving unclear and poorly defined problems – independently and collaboratively
  • Proven capability of shipping software products in an agile development environment with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to modulate your communication appropriately for a broad range of audiences
  • Ability to effectively prioritize competing business and customer needs
  • Confirmed analytical skills, with experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an environment with a high level of autonomy
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ready to bring energy to the team every day


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working for an e-commerce company, or in a B2B product management environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business, social sciences, or technical field
  • Previous experience as a data engineer, ML engineer, or software architect
