As a Senior Auditor on the Internal Audit team at Cimpress, you will benefit from an incredible opportunity to learn the business operationally, financially, and systematically, while carving a path out into the rest of your career. The scope of our efforts spans across all aspects of the Cimpress business, from business unit operations and plant logistics to corporate governance and system infrastructure. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to travel in a well-planned out, quality-of-life kind of way!

  • Work in a highly collaborative, multi-cultural, Remote-First team, dedicated to flexible non-linear workdays and work-life harmony.
  • Build an understanding of the company’s business and core operating practices and then use that information to continuously improve the governance activities at Cimpress.
  • Gain insight into a variety of initiatives required to run a global high-growth, technology-driven company.
  • Support the breadth of Internal Audit’s projects including site assessments, functional and operational reviews, fraud investigations, and SOX support.
  • Design and manage data-driven audits with other team members across multiple locations.
  • Complete detailed testing and analytics for various areas of the business.
  • Perform key controls testing over Accounting and IT processes and provide recommendations to key stakeholders to improve their control environment.
  • Have input and contribute to department procedures aimed at improving the output and efficiency of the team.
  • Interact and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, and be supported in transitioning into the business, if desired.

  • Experience and enthusiasm for remote work and asynchronous communication.
  • Excellent project management skills: including the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, respect deadlines, and think independently.
  • Excellent communication (both synchronous and asynchronous), including report writing and presentations.
  • Ability to understand complex data, systems and processes.
  • Ability and desire to travel internationally to manufacturing and customer service locations no more than 10% of the time.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.


Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • Internal or external audit experience, preferably in a global company.
  • Professional certification (CISA, CIA, CPA, ACA, CFE, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and/or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with robotic process automation and/or data visualization software.
  • Experience demonstrating innovation, motivation, organization and curiosity.
