Who We Are:

Cimpress Services' central teams allow us to remain entrepreneurial; to stay small as we grow. These teams enable our businesses to remain laser-focused on their customers and build the tools and services that make Cimpress greater than the sum of our businesses. We are problem solvers. We are storytellers. We are forward thinking. We are relationship builders. We are responsible for company-wide activities like accounting, capital allocation, global tax planning, procurement, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and protecting the company through compliance and risk management. We’re evolving our processes and technology to support Cimpress’ rapid growth.

Are you looking to make an impact in a global, technology-driven company? Work on a cross-cultural, fully remote team growing on new and innovative ways to auditing? Do you want to learn new skills to help you be better every day? Come and be part of the team!

As an Auditor on the Internal Audit team at Cimpress, you will benefit from an incredible opportunity to learn the business operationally, financially, and systematically, while carving a path out into the rest of your career. The scope of our efforts spans across all aspects of the business, from business unit operations and plant logistics to corporate governance and system infrastructure. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to travel in a well-planned out, quality-of-life kind of way.

What You Will Do:

  • Work in a highly collaborative, multi-cultural, Remote-First team, dedicated to flexible non-linear workdays and work-life harmony.
  • Build an understanding of the company’s business and core operating practices and then use that information to continuously improve the governance activities at Cimpress.
  • Gain insight into a broad range of initiatives required to run a global high-growth, technology-driven company.
  • Support the breadth of Internal Audit’s projects including site assessments, functional and operational reviews, fraud investigations, and SOX support.
  • Participate in data-driven audits.
  • Complete detailed testing and analytics for various areas of the business.
  • Perform key control testing over Accounting and IT processes.
  • Interact and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, and be supported in transitioning into the business, if desired.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of internal or external audit experience.
  • High level of personal integrity, accountability, and dedication.
  • Emerging project management skills; including the ability to work on multiple projects at a time, and think independently.
  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication (both synchronous and asynchronous), including report writing and presentations.
  • Ability to understand sophisticated data, systems and processes.
  • Ability and desire to travel internationally to manufacturing and customer service locations no more than 10% of the time.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, IT, or Innovation.
  • Motivation. Organization. Curiosity.
  • Plans to acquire a professional certification (CISA, CIA, CPA, ACA, CFE, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and/or other ERP systems.
  • Experience and interest in robotic process automation and/or data visualization software.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
