What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute the North American logistics procurement strategy and the global inbound logistics strategy across Cimpress
  • Secure outstanding customer delivery experience availability across NA businesses
  • Ensure NA logistics achieves its commercial critical metrics and TCO targets
  • Own the relationship with Freight Forwarders and Logistics Service Providers in NA in coordination with its Cimpress business partners
  • Find opportunities, add value, and improve the TCO at all regional Cimpress businesses
  • Identify additional sourcing opportunities with current and potential suppliers, working proactively with global and local procurement, the business’ management and functions
  • Build and systematically detail market intelligence for logistics, supporting the business logistics teams on demand with best in class reporting to monitor and manage performance, costs and service levels
  • Actively manage Suppliers, including regular performance ratings, strategic evaluations/segmentation, and developing plans for key supplier’s development
  • Handle NDA’s and Supplier agreements with support from the Legal Team


Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of international logistics experience
  • Lead logistics processes both out – and inbound
  • Experience in a large international corporate environment with multiple businesses, operating a decentralized management structure
  • Good level of legal knowledge with ability to read and interpret contracts
  • Strong background in Last Mile and Freight strategies (B2C, B2B & Drop Shipment) and inbound strategies (Air, Sea, & Road)
  • Available to travel 20%


Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree in business administration, finance or engineering
