We are looking for a Knowledge Management Lead to join our growing team!  Can you transform the way we capture, store, share, curate and search information at Cimpress into a powerful strategic advantage, helping our team members? Your primary responsibility will be to level up what has often been referred to as Knowledge Management across Cimpress' central teams and Vistaprint. You'll have a new name for this work. It could be Knowledge Cultivation or Collective Intelligence, but whatever it's called, you'll be doing more than sourcing tools and deploying them to our teams!

 

Success will mean knowledge is published, and is easily discoverable, cataloged, organized, and meaningfully leveraged such that it enables our success. You will shape the future of patterns and practices and transform how knowledge becomes a towering strength of our culture and a competitive advantage. You'll be actively taking extensive input from stakeholders around the world and use their feedback, as well as data, to root your understanding of, and evolve to the future of how we work.

 

We don’t just want to manage information and make it discoverable; we want to help our team members take better notes and learn how to digest, write, and synthesize content as well.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Evangelize and role model best practice tools and ways of working, taking ownership for the change we want to create
  • Establish and leverage regular feedback loops with partners to understand our goals, how we work and how our collective knowledge can supercharge results
  • Work closely with tech teams to propose and guide implementation of the tools we use
  • Measure progress against defined outcomes

  • A deep understanding of knowledge management and how to build high performing practices to add value to an organization
  • Demonstrated examples of establishing/leading knowledge management efforts in large/complex organizations
  • Familiarity with current SaaS based knowledge management technologies and strategies
  • Experience enacting change and evolving ways of working, nurturing, educating and taking people with you towards a desired end state
