Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manual, API, and automation testing methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience in executing and documenting test cases. Experience working with Oracle EBS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications
• Conduct manual, API, and automation testing to identify and report software defects
• Collaborate with developers to resolve software defects and ensure timely product releases
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Strong understanding of manual, API, and automation testing methodologies
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role with a focus on web applications and back-end systems.
• Solid understanding of E-commerce concepts and order processing workflows.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, including Selenium,Webdriver IO and others.
• Experience with API testing and familiarity with tools such as POstman or Swagger.
• Strong programming/scripting skills(JSP,Java, Python) for test automation.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
