We are going to grow that to 30 million or more per year, and our Global Sourcing & Procurement team is expanding to support that growth. We own cultivating a winning catalog of products that delight our customers and are seeking a Product Management Specialist for our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts Portfolio, who will focus on launching new products in ANZ and Japan.


You’ll be part of the Global PPAG Sourcing & Procurement team that is responsible for the entire NPI process of the PPAG collection in North America, Europe, Australia and Japan. The Product Sourcing Specialist will work closely with the Sourcing Managers in Europe and Japan and once new partners are identified, will independently work on onboarding new products on our Australian and Japanese website. You’ll own the process of gathering the correct data sheets and images from our Fulfillers in Australia and Japan and take care of the entire launch process from A-Z



Role - Product Sourcing Specialist PR1— Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts


What you’ll do all day:


  • Performs new product integration for the assigned batches leveraging Vistaprint’s internal tools, micro services and platform. Responsible for the product Data files creation, product data integration in PCT and MIPC tools, scenes rendering and publish to preview environment.
  • Develop and improve our Product Catalog data. You’ll help make sure the catalog has all the information we need; come up with ways to make the processes better and fix any data escalations that may occur.
  • Build Relationships with the assigned Fulfillers in Australia and Japan in order to excite them to work with Vistaprint and launch their assortment.
  • Manage all day to day activities of new product introduction and maintenance of existing product portfolio. 
  • You’ll support our PPAG Product Team which includes Product Managers, Product Specialists and our Category Director, to create scale and drive efficiency.  Together, you’ll manage & create processes that simplify our operations.

You’ll be measured on how well you:

  • Support New Product Introduction. Your KPIs will include metrics around number of products available in the catalog.
  • Create productive partnerships.  You’ll need to demonstrate you can work well and develop trusting relationships with our new PPAG Fulfillers; other Sourcing & Procurement team members; internal developers, engineers, product marketers, and supply chain.
