HRIS Configuration Analyst

About Role:

As a Senior HRIS Configuration Analyst on the HRIS team, you will support initiatives from business requirements through test, implementation and post go-live support for our global HR systems. You will contribute to the overall success of our team by configuring and supporting quality solutions that meet our company needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple Human Resources groups and individual team members across Cimpress functions to understand their requirements and make recommendations for system solutions
  • Provide global technical support for the SuccessFactors technology portfolio, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development/Succession, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation Management, Reporting and Jam
  • Perform configuration and testing tasks to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, improvements and compliance
  • Assist in supporting day-to-day operational needs
  • Support data integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems
  • Build test plans, training materials and system documentation
  • Facilitate end-user training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system
  • Communicate system changes and issues to relevant partners
  • Support the implementation of future solutions and additional special projects as assigned
  • Support data integrity by performing regular audits and maintaining the data in the systems
  • Participate in team ceremonies including stand-ups, retros and continuous feedback

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years proven expertise of HRIS SaaS applications.
  • Experience configuring and supporting SuccessFactors, Workday or an alternative HRIS SaaS System is required.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and processes related to areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Time management and Learning.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional team members and have exceptional listening, communication and influencing skills.
  • An excellent problem solver: can get to the root cause of a problem and think outside of the box when challenges arise.
  • Must have exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Desire and ability to continue to learn and work on new technologies.
  • Fluent English communication.
